In 1986, Zhengzhou Shenlong Pump Industry CO., Ltd was established; In 1996, created “SHENWU” brand; In 2001, Added 80 sets of new production equipment; In 2005, Got the CE, ISO9001, CCC certificates; In 2007, Obtained “Henan Inspection-free product” title; In 2009, Introduced the EPC technology; In 2010, Created oversea ”SLAPK” brand; In 2015, Increased to 125 million registered capital; In 2017, Introduced wax casing model, enlarging stainless steel pump production scale; In 2019, 11 National Patents.
Our Factory
SLAPK a professional ODM OEM water pump manufacturer in China since 1996. Including three complete casting lines, including Expendable casting process, wax casting mold, coated sand, it can meet the different requirements on the dimensional accuracy of the casting. The wax casting mold line, special for stainless steel material, was finished in the thermostatic workshop to guarantee the casting accuracy, meanwhile, shorten the whole production time.
Production Equipment
More than 85 sets production machine, includes grinding machine, CNC, Lathe, Milling, High-speed punch press machine, testing machine, etc., with sufficient spare parts stock to guarantee the production capacity 11,000 sets per month. From material purchase, metalworking, impeller dynamic balance, motor winding, insulation, and pump assembling, passed more than 27 inspection processes, to ensure the quality meets a criterion.
