Submersible Pump
This type of submersible pump is composed of a QJ type deep well water submersible pump and a YQS type submersible motor to work underwater. It is a closed water-filled wet structure. The stator windings of the motor are made of water-resistant polyethylene insulation, nylon sheathed multilayered electromagnetic wires. Both the guide and thrust bearings are water lubricated. The motor is filled with fresh water to cool the motor and lubricate the bearings.

Water submersible pump is composed of submersible pump head and submersible motor to work underwater fully. The submersible water pump can be used for vertical installation, also be used for open water and ground pumps.
Product Features
The cast-iron submersible pump main part material is as below:
1. The pump impeller, pump casing coupling part and motor casing are cast iron material.
2. The pump shaft is a stainless steel material.
3. The bearing is graphite.
4. The winding is 100% copper with a polyethylene insulation layer.
5. The rotor end ring is copper.
6. The stator casing is with 45# steel.
7. The stator is cold rolling silicon steel.

Quality Control:
We test each submersible water pump before delivery, including dynamic and static balance testing, material analysis testing, and the submersible pump motor submerged fully in water for 48 hours to test leaking or not, submersible pump set testing. Also, got an ABS certificate.
